This video will show you how to add regular, overtime and other hours to your timecard, both for your employees and equipment.

Access time cards by clicking “Open” under the time card module.

Select the time card you want to work on.

Open calendar view by clicking on the calendar icon on the left side of the screen next to the date you would like to select.

Select the day you have been working from. The time card will be dark blue.

Enter the time quantities.

Click on the box (or, if you are using a touchscreen, tap the box) of the person or piece of equipment you would like to enter time for.

You can enter multiple boxes at once if the time quantity is the same across those boxes.

You are able to enter regular time, overtime, and other time. You can also enter hours across different codes for the same person.

Press “SAVE.”
