Access time cards by clicking “Open” under the time card module.

Select the time card you want to work on.

Open the calendar view by clicking on the calendar icon on the left side of the screen next to the date you would like to select.

Add crew and equipment.

In the left column of the time card, select the plus button above the text that reads “Click To Add Crew.” A pop-up will appear that will allow you to add crew and equipment.

You can search crew in the search bar at the top, or you can scroll through the list of employees. Employees are listed next to the person icon.

Select the employee or equipment by clicking the green plus on the right side of the name. As you select, employees will be listed under the “Assigned Crew” list.

To add equipment, click on the machine icon, or search for equipment in the search bar.

Select the equipment by clicking the green plus sign. As you select, equipment will be listed under the “Assigned Crew” list.

You can reorder the employees and equipment with the arrows on the far right of the pop-up.
4. Press “Next” to add cost codes. Select the desired project and location. Click “save changes” when done.
