Tracking Breaks in Timecard

To enable this feature, Refer to this article: Enabling Breaks for Time Clock at Timecard

 

Please note: Both 'Allow Employee Clock In" and "Enable Breaks" options have to be enabled for your to see this feature. 

 

  • From your timecard, Select the cell or cells that you want to edit under 'Time In/Out' column.
  • Enter, Time In and Time Out, Then Select with the toggle the breaks that apply to the appropiate employees. Click Save.

 

 

  • If the break are unpaid, the hours are deducted from the Total Clocked In Hours. If the Break are paid, no deduction of hours occurs.
