Adding Documents to Timecards

Riskcast now allows you to add documents to timecards in order to keep all your files organized. 

 

You can add documents either in the Time Cards module or the Daily Logs module. 

 

To add documents via a timecard: 

 

  1. Create a timecard with cost codes and employees or equipment. 
  2. Click the orange "Attach" button on the top right side of your screen. 
  3. Choose your document category and type. 
  4. Upload a document from your computer by clicking the "Upload Timecard Document" button. 
  5. The document will automatically save. Click the back button in order to return to the timecard and submit it. 

 

To add documents via Daily Logs: 

  1. Go to the Daily Logs module. 
  2. Go to the Documents tab on the left hand side of the screen. 
  3. Click the green plus button to add a document. 
  4. Upload a document from your computer and choose your document category and type. 
  5. Click save.
