The OFFLINE MODE feature is available on your laptop or iPad device. This mode is not currently available for the mobile phone.

For this initial release, only the timecard tool is available in offline mode. Users can create, clone, edit and update timecards without access to WiFi. They will need to be back online in order to submit their timecards. All changes are actively saved locally, and when a network is detected, the user will be able to submit the timecard. All timecard functionality for tags, quantities, signatures and questions will be available in offline mode.

To enable offline within your environment, you must turn this setting on at the company level. A system administrator must enable this setting before users are able to access it on their devices.

Please follow the steps below.

From the computer:

  1. Go to the Organization’s Admin Console,
  2. Under Companies - Click to edit your company.
  3. Under the options tab, toggle on “Allow Offline Access” , then click Save.
  4. The user must log out and log back in to load the new codebase.
