Mobile Access Overview - Timecards

Riskcast is available on mobile devices to make entering data from the field easier than ever. 

 

In order to download the mobile app, you will have to sign in on the browser of your mobile device and save the application to your home screen. For more information on how to do this, click here

 

On the mobile app, you will have access to the Timecards module and the Time and Materials module. 

 

  1. Select time cards to automatically go to your current date. Click the calendar icon in the upper left hand corner to see existing timecards and their status across the entire calendar.  
  2. Select the day for which you want to create a timecard. You can make one from scratch, or clone from a previous day. 
  3. Click the yellow edit button to edit the timecard. 
  4. You can view and access employee certifications from the mobile device.  
  5. To add quantities to the timecard, swipe right and then input your codes, notes, and photos. You can also access your quantities and make edits from the summary screen. 
  6. Once you are ready to submit, press “submit.”
