Riskcast allows administrators to manage the allowable cost types for each budget code at the company level. Labor, Equipment and Material cost codes types can be viewed and accessed via the timecard. Other cost types have different functionality and can be viewed across other modules like Jobcost, and Forecasting.

This article will show you where and how to manage your company cost types list.

Click on the organization tab

Open the “companies” section

Click to on the green pencil icon to edit company

Open the cost types section

Click on the green plus sign to create new cost type

Enter the cost type, cost type description, and cost type class. Click save when complete.
