Below are the list of updates that were published on the evening April 17, 2024 

Parent to Sub Job Permission from Project setting (fixed) 
Within each project, a configuration option found within the "Other" section called "Automatically Give Access to Sub Projects" can be turned on or off. When turned on, this will automatically grant users with access to this parent project the same level of access to all existing child projects. Additionally, access will be grated to any project created as a sub project to this parent project in the future. 

If this option is toggled OFF, then each child/sub project will need to be granted access individually as needed. 

 

Timecard crew lead setup provides user project access 

When adding an employee as a crew lead within this screen, if the employee has an active user account which has a default role to the company the project resides within, the user account will automatically receive the default role permissions to the selected project they become a crew lead on. This will not happen if:

• The employee does not have a user account
• The employee does not have access and a default role defined to the company the project is in. 

When/if a crew lead is removed, their access will be removed as well. 

 

Edit Daily Wage Rates from Weekly Review 

Within Riskcast, users may have the ability to edit daily employee rates within our Weekly Review screen. In order to enable this functionality, users must be given the privilege to “Edit Payroll Employee Rates” within the timecard section of the security role. Please note, this is not a project configuration, and it is solely driven by the security role. 

 

Timecard Project column added to Payroll Details 
The Payroll Details report within Timecard Analysis was updated recently to ensure we're pulling all job data whether you're selecting a timecard project or a budget code project. There was a new column added called "timecard project" which you can select to show on your grid from the grid selector. 

 

Upload Modifications

1. Refactoring of budget code upload completed which should significantly reduce the number of save errors/lock ups users see when large amounts of data are being uploaded into the system. 
2. Removing the high number option to upload. Each upload will only allow up to 500 records to be uploaded at a single time now. 
3. Project Upload - Addition of “Company Division Number” field to allow admins to label each project with a division in bulk rather than only in the edit UI
4. Employee Upload 
   • Phone Number now respects the chosen localization (this should be defaulting to xxx-xxx-xxxx but is found within the Company Options). 
   • Update Labels to match UI Labels (Primary Email, Alternate Email, Primary Mobile)

Personal Information Screen (In Company People and Workforce People)
Update field labels (Alternate Email, Primary Mobile) to better describe the purpose of the field

Timecard Crew Selection
Bug Fix for ensuring Project Roster for both Employees and Equipment is pulling from the correct location
