Your company page includes information on your organization as well as system wide settings that are defined for your company. This video will show you how to access this information to edit any relevant items.
***Only System Admin rights will have the ability to access and change this information.***
Your company profile includes your company name, number, and description. Your company settings include items such as whether or not the organization supports unions, setup of pay types, payroll week ending date, and project templates. These are generally handled by your CS specialist during initial set up and configuration.
To review or edit your profile or settings:
- From your desktop visit the Organization icon on the top right navigation bar.
- On the left hand panel, select Companies.
- Click the green pencil icon to edit your company.
- Select the Options Tab. From here you can review and make changes as necessary.
- Once you click, ‘save’ you will need to log out of the system and log back in to see the changes in effect.
