These videos will show you how to upload pay classifcations (and/or wage rates) for your organization. This upload contains two types, one for Trades and one for Pay Classes.

Access the Upload tool
in the top right corner of your Riskcast home page.

In the Upload tool, you can copy information and data in from another sheet, like an Excel sheet or Google Sheet. You also can type in the information.

On the left side of the Upload page, Select "Pay classes." Under Upload Type, select the applicable sheet:

Trades - Define the trade code and/or union associated with these trades.

Pay Class - Define a pay class and its associated rates (regular, overtime, or other time) per classification. At minimum Class 01 and Display Name fields are required, but you may define additional breakdowns using Class 02 and 03 fields. The combination of Union Code*(if applicable), Trade Code, and Class 01 make a unique pay classification.

Add any data you want in the sheet by either typing it in or copying from another sheet. If you need to delete the information in the sheet, click the eraser icon in the top right corner of the upload page to reset the entire sheet.

When you are finished populating your data, click the cloud upload button
in the top right corner of the upload page

Verify your upload by going to the organization section
and click on "Pay Classes" on the left side of the page. You will see an option both to see the trades and pay classes that are available.
