Riskcast has created permissions so that a user/employee can complete their own timecard and only add his/her employee record to the timecard. This document details how permissions need to be set up for this "self entry" to work properly.
A new granular permission within the Timecard section has been created called "Filter Employee Selection to User". When created, this was defaulted to OFF.
When toggled ON, this will allow the logged in user to only select an employee record that is related to that user account when selected crew members from a timecard. Note in the screen show below, this user can only see his/herself in the timecard crew selection screen because they have this permission level toggled ON.
