Autodesk will receive quantity and hours from Riskcast Timecards as they are approved within the system. Note that a timecard will be re-integrated after re-approval if that occurs.
1. Looking at this timecard, it has the cost code "03 64 00.2", with total hours of 13 and a quantity of 1 ft. The timecard is also approved as indicated by the green calendar area.
2. To see if this timecard integrated with Autodesk, click the Review button in the top right corner.
3. Within the review area, navigate to History. For this specific time card, we can see that a record was sent to Autodesk and the hours and quantity that were sent.
4. Now, head into Autodesk so that information can be confirmed. Within the Forecast tool, Performance Tracking tab, I find the performance tracking line item for 03 64 00.2 and notice the Tracked Input Qty (maps to Riskcast Hours) and the Tracked Output Qty (maps to Riskcast Qty) are different. However, its a bit difficult to confirm the timecard integrated properly.
5. Select the Item Instance button below the Performance Tracking tab. Find the budget code again and click on the description to receive the side window pop up. Within the Tracked Input and Output section, we can see the various "transactions" that have occurred. As expected, for the current day, we see a transaction with 13 hours and 1 ft of qty.
