Follow these steps to create new budget codes in Autodesk which will then sync to Riskcast.

1. Navigate to the Budget tool.

2. Once in the Budget tool, to create a new budget code, click the Edit mode button.

3. To create a new budget code, click the +Add button.

4. Click in the empty Budget Code row and select the Cost Code this budget code will relate too. Then select the Sequence (may be named something differently in a different Autodesk Setup) and finally, Cost Type.

5. The Budget Name field will automatically appear based on the Budget Format Setting tool. Proceed to enter the Qty, Unit, Unit Cost, and Input Qty. Then proceed to make additional Budget Codes or click the Exit edit mode button to save the changes.

The integration will pull new information from Autodesk into Riskcast every two hours. A manual sync is also offered if needed.

6. Once the integration occurs, navigate to the Job Cost tool in Riskcast. All fields highlighted in green should appear according to the mapping below (working on this). In order to get the budget quantity to appear, we need to create a performance tracking line item for this Cost Code within Autodesk.*

*Note: if a performance tracking item is not created, the integration of time sheet data from Riskcast into Autodesk will not work.
