Riskcast's Integration with Autodesk allows for Projects, cost codes, and budgets to be added into Riskcast directly from Autodesk.

Integrating a Project from Autodesk into Riskcast

Additionally, hours and quantities from timecard can be sent back into Autodesk via performance tracking for production purposes. In order to use this piece of the integration, the Cost Codes have to be set up in a certain way within Autodesk.  Follow these steps to ensure the Autodesk system is appropriately set up for integrating with Riskcast.

1. Budget Format Settings Requirements

2. Creation of Budget Codes

3. Creation of Performance Tracking Line Items

Once the budget / performance tracking set up is completed, users can fill out and approve timecards in Riskcast where the hours and quantities will then push into Autodesk

1. Riskcast Timecards (Single Line Item)

2. Riskcast Timecards (Multiple Line Items)
3. True Up
