Workforce - Roster Overview

The workforce module allows you to manage your employee and equipment rosters. This video will give you a brief overview of how to use the employee roster. 

 

  1. Access workforce by clicking “OPEN” under the workforce module. 

       
  2. The workforce module will load all the employees that have been added into your system. 

    ​​​​​​​  ​​​​​​​
  3. You can filter the employees using the filter button on the top left corner. 

    • You can filter by employees, project, team, or certifications. 

  4. As you scroll horizontally, you can see a number of details for each employee. 

    • These details include whether they are active, their status, assigned project, and certificates or categories that are tracked. 

    • As the contractor, you are able to track as many or as few certifications as you would like.
