Enabling Change Orders at the company level

Within Riskcast you have the ability to track change orders for your projects. This is a function that has to be enabled by a system administrator via the organization, then other users can manage from the jobcost tool. For details on how to enable please follow the instructions below: 

 

  1. Open the organization tab

 

  1. From the organization tab, select companies. Click on the green pencil icons to edit the desired company.  

  1. Open the options tab, then go to the jobcost section. From here, turn on “allow change order”. Select save when done. 

  1. Change orders will now be available under the Jobcost module
