Company Holidays

Within the Riskcast platform, you now have the ability to create holidays for your companies and create a messaging that tells the fields crews how to allocate their time for the given day!

 

To set up your company holidays, you must have admin rights to access the company edit screen. 

 

Follow the next steps to create and manage your holidays: 
 

  1. Go to Organization, and
     


 

  1. Select the Companies Tab. Click to Edit the specific company for which you are creating or managing your holidays
     

 

  1. Select the Holidays tab
     


 

  1. Below you'll find a drop down menu for each year. It would be defaulted to your 'current year' 
     


 

  1. Within this grid, you can now select the "+" button to add any NEW holidays. (To edit, simply select the pencil icon for the holiday you need to adjust information for) 
     


 

  1. Lastly, to create the new holiday complete the fields as needed for: Holiday Name, Date, and Message. The message is the warning or prompt that will appear on the timecard calendar to inform the users of the requirement for time entry. While this is not a required field, it would be most beneficial to complete with the appropiate information. 
     

 

Below are samples of the holiday display from both the calendar and timecard day:
